Lincoln Property Co. Appoints Mike Mrozek to Lead National Property Management Business

Veteran real estate executive Mike Mrozek has joined Dallas-based real estate services provider Lincoln Property Co. to lead its property management business nationally. With over 15 years of property management leadership experience, Mrozek most recently served as CBRE’s chief operating officer for Americas Property Management, overseeing 1 billion square feet of managed properties and more than 4,800 employees across the U.S., Latin America, and Canada.

In his new role at Lincoln Property, Mrozek will focus on driving elevated service delivery across the company’s property management and engineering platforms. He will also lead business development efforts to grow Lincoln’s national third-party management business. Lincoln Property currently manages and leases over 557 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties across 35 U.S. markets.

Mrozek expressed his excitement about joining Lincoln at such a transformational time and looks forward to partnering with skilled teams across the country to support the growth and development of Lincoln’s property management business. His addition to the leadership team is expected to create further momentum in the growth of Lincoln’s Property Management business, particularly in the third-party management space.
